Dr. Karima D. Hughes, PhD
Founder & Principal Consultant
An educational leader, literacy specialist, and instructional designer with more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Hughes brings a unique perspective to the intersection of instructional practice, leadership, and organizational improvement.
With a PhD in Education specializing in Instructional Design for Online Learning and an Ed.M. from Teachers College, Columbia University, she combines research-informed expertise with practical experience leading instructional improvement in New York City public schools.
Her work is guided by a simple conviction: meaningful improvement requires more than effective strategies. It requires building the capacity of people and the systems that support them.
